Returning to a Store

You may return most items in a new and unused condition in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. This service is available at the business registered address. 

Returns Via Courier

You may return most items in a new and unused condition. Items should be returned in the original packaging, if tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.  If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any charges will be deducted from your refund. 

Ensure recorded tracked courier and must be returned to a our store at the purchasers expense and risk

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We accept no liability for consequential damage, loss or personal injury of whatsoever kind as a result of the use of any goods sold by us nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in refitting a new or repaired part. If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please get in touch for a return authorisation number, we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or issue a refund of no more than the purchase price.
