BRP BUDS/BUDS2 MPI-3 diagnostic kit with IXXAT MPI-3 USB interface, diagnostic cable and one-year software licence. Intended for supported Sea-Doo personal watercraft and sport boats, Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles, and Can-Am vehicles. Renewals are available through South Quay Leisure.

Kit contents

• BRP MPI-3 USB interface
• Diagnostic cable for compatible 4-TEC, E-TEC and ACE vehicles
• B.U.D.S. software and licence
• B.U.D.S.2 software and licence
• One-year software licence; renewal options available

Common diagnostic functions

• Read fault codes and related fault data; erase fault codes
• Monitor live engine data and activate supported outputs
• Reset the throttle position sensor (TPS), maintenance light and service hours
• Carry out supported key programming and module procedures

B.U.D.S. and B.U.D.S.2 support different vehicle generations. Check your exact machine and licence requirements before purchase. Some older two-stroke models and DESS-key procedures require additional interfaces or equipment, which are not included in this kit.
