With only upgraded valve retainers, VT1100 injectors and RIVA/Maptuner ECU calibration, the XX‑Charger enables the 325 engine to produce a genuine 400 horsepower at 9,200 RPM.

Engineering & Assembly

 

Each XX‑Charger begins life as a brand‑new 325 supercharger assembly. RIVA’s technicians in the USA then hand‑build every unit using specialist tooling to remove the stock impeller and install the XX‑Charger billet impeller onto the OEM shaft. This approach preserves factory tolerances, ensuring flawless balance, reliability and long‑term durability. No machining of the housings is required.

 

The system has undergone extensive validation, including:

- Over a year of dyno development  

- Offshore endurance testing during the 2025 Jet Around Cayman 60‑mile race  

- Competition use in the Aquabike World Championship Series
