Each XX‑Charger begins life as a brand‑new 325 supercharger assembly. RIVA’s technicians in the USA then hand‑build every unit using specialist tooling to remove the stock impeller and install the XX‑Charger billet impeller onto the OEM shaft. This approach preserves factory tolerances, ensuring flawless balance, reliability and long‑term durability. No machining of the housings is required.
The system has undergone extensive validation, including:
