The RIVA RY19040-SRU Valve Retainer Upgrade Kit contains 16 lightweight titanium retainers designed to help reduce the risk of valve float at high engine speeds.

New and unused in its original packaging. This customer-supplied kit was not fitted because the engine received a complete RIVA valve-train upgrade instead. The advertised price applies to this one-off kit.

Compatibility and fitting
Applications include Yamaha FX, GP, FZR, FZS, VXR and VXS models with the applicable 1.8L or 1.9L engine. Confirm your model, year and engine before ordering.
RIVA recommends the complete RY19040-VTU-2 kit for highly modified engines. The separately available RY19040-VCT-1 valve compression tool assists installation.
