JPS / Sea-Doo 420832648 PTO Oil Ball Bearing With Bellows Assembly

Premium-quality PTO oil ball bearing and bellows assembly, part number 420832648, fitted to the rear of compatible Rotax engines from approximately 2003 onwards.

This version is manufactured in Italy and is the assembly we choose to use in our own workshop. Over many years we have fitted hundreds of these and found the rubber bellows, seal retention and overall construction to be far better than the cheaper alternatives we have tested.

The stronger rubber section is particularly important during driveshaft installation, where lower-quality assemblies can allow the seal to move or pull out of position.

Applications

Suitable for many Rotax-powered watercraft and jet boat applications, including:

• Sea-Doo 4-stroke models using this PTO seal arrangement
• JPS Rotax-powered applications
• Scarab jet boats from 2015 onwards
• Other Rotax-powered jet boats using the same rear PTO housing setup
• 130 hp to 300 hp Rotax engine applications

Installation

A new retaining clamp is required when installing the assembly to the MAG / PTO housing.

Correct preparation of the driveshaft and sealing surfaces is important before installation.

Will not fit models equipped with iDF.
