Refresh the impeller and wear ring together

A worn wear ring or damaged impeller can affect impeller-tip clearance and pump efficiency. This kit brings the two matching SOLAS components together for a jet-pump repair or upgrade. Check the pump housing, bearings, shaft and clearances during installation.

Confirm your exact model, year and 161 mm pump size before ordering, and include your model and year in the order notes at checkout. Although the wear ring also suits certain 325 hp applications, this combo uses the SXX-CD-13/18 impeller listed for 300 hp craft. For 325 hp models or a modified machine, contact our PWC technicians for help selecting the correct impeller pitch.

Fitting and related parts
