JSH Sea-Doo 300hp intake manifold strengthener and girdle brace in black aluminium. Designed to reinforce the plastic intake manifold seam on compatible RXP-X, RXT-X, GTX and GTR-X 300 models, it adds support to the joint under boost. It also fits the selected earlier Sea-Doo applications listed below.

Sea-Doo 300hp intake manifold reinforcement

An intake manifold strengthener, also known as a girdle or brace, adds support around the plastic manifold seam. On supercharged Sea-Doo 300 horsepower engines, boost pressure can stress this joint and cause splitting or a boost leak. Bracing helps reduce movement at the seam, particularly on tuned engines running higher boost. A split or leaking manifold should be replaced before fitting a brace.

A practical reinforcement upgrade for compatible supercharged Sea-Doo engines, offered as a JSH aftermarket part. The supplied brace is black.
