RIVA Sea-Doo 300hp Intake Manifold Strengthener Brace – RXP RXT GTX GTR 2016–2026 | RS12050-IMG-1

RIVA RS12050-IMG-1 intake manifold strengthener brace supports the plastic manifold seam on compatible Sea-Doo RXP, RXT, GTX and GTR models. Often called an intake manifold girdle, it is a reinforcement upgrade for selected 300hp engines and the earlier 215, 230, 255 and 260hp applications listed below.

Support for the Sea-Doo 300hp manifold seam

Boost pressure loads the joint between the manifold halves. This seam can split, particularly on modified engines running increased boost. The RIVA brace clamps around the manifold to add support at the joint and help limit movement. Replace a split or leaking manifold before fitting the brace.
